This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit OPOI-PARIS (the "Site") or make a purchase.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including details about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some cookies installed on your device. COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies we use. We have listed them here so you can choose whether to allow them or not:
- _session_id: Unique session identifier, allows Shopify to store session-related information (referrer, landing page, etc.).
- _shopify_visit: No data retained, persists for 30 minutes after the last visit. Used for internal tracking of the website provider’s statistics system to record the number of visits.
- _shopify_uniq: No data retained, expires at midnight (visitor’s time zone) the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a unique customer.
- cart: Unique identifier, persists for 2 weeks, stores shopping cart information.
- _secure_session_id: Unique session identifier.
- storefront_digest: Unique identifier, undefined if the store has a password. Used to determine if the current visitor has access.
Other tracking technologies include:
- "Log files" that track activity on the Site and collect data such as your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
- "Web beacons," "tags," and "pixels" that record how you browse the Site.
When you place or attempt to place an order through the Site, we also collect Order Information, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment details (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number.
When we refer to "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we mean both Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use Order Information to:
- Process any orders placed through the Site (including payment processing, shipping, and order confirmations/invoices).
- Communicate with you.
- Screen orders for fraud or potential risks.
- Provide targeted information or advertising in line with your preferences.
